“Accepting our story and loving ourselves through this process is the bravest thing we can do.” - Brown, B.
Every person deserves to be heard and accepted for who they are.

I am a psychologist, Vakarė Kisieliūtė. Psychological counseling for me is a journey together, step by step. My approach to this process is reflected in this quote:
“Don't walk behind me, I may not lead you. Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow you. Just walk beside me and be my friend.” – Albert Camus
I believe that the most important thing is not who leads or follows, but being together. During psychological consultations with me, I believe that you will find a warm and safe space to be yourself. I know that it is often difficult to truly open up, especially if you are seeking psychological help for the first time. That is why my goal is to be there as a fellow traveler, not to judge or evaluate, but simply to accept - without any conditions.
Every person is unique, so in my opinion, psychological counseling strongly depends on each client. Therefore, in my practice, I try to adapt to your needs and at the same time find a path, which is suitable for you, towards the desired result, whatever it may be.
My main goal is for you to feel heard during the consultations. However, it must be recognized that psychological counseling is a process in which you may encounter both positive and negative experiences. This process can be not only warm and cozy - it is full of various emotions. However, all these experiences are important and indicate steps forward.
If you are hesitant or anxious about seeking psychological help, that is completely understandable. However, the very idea of seeking help is an important step. I am here as someone whose goal is to welcome you, to help you find solutions to the problems you may have, and someone who can help you search for new perspectives or insights together.
